A time to drop in to and for yourself…..

During our time together, we will gently open the body, heart and mind through practices of yoga, meditation and getting to know our parts (IFS). Previous yoga practice would be helpful but not required.

Each day will consist of time for your own self-care, yoga self-practice and guided time in each of these modalities along with time to just rest in being - all in the container of social silence. We will release the tether of technology to allow our nervous systems to settle and to invite present moment awareness.

Day 1

  • 4p Check in and settle

  • 6-7p Dinner

  • 730-830p Opening session

  • 10p Lights out

Day 2 and 3

  • Wake up into silence

  • 6–730a Yoga Shala available for self-guided yoga practice

  • 730–8a Guided meditation

  • 8–9a Breakfast

  • 1030–11a Walking meditation

  • 11a–1215p Dharma talk and IFS exploration

  • 1230–130p Lunch

  • 130–4p Rest / Personal time / Time for massage, swim

  • 4–530p Guided Yin Yoga Practice

  • 6–7p Dinner

  • 730–8p Guided Meditation

  • 8–830p Q and A

  • 10p Lights Out

Day 4

  • Wake up into silence

  • 6–730a Yoga Shala available for self-guided yoga practice

  • 730–8a Guided meditation

  • 8–9a Breakfast

  • 930–1030a Closing circle

  • 12p Check out no later than
